WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
TWELVE (12) MONTH IN-SERVICE
The ArmLift Aerial Bucket Lift is engineered and designed to perform as stated and in accordance with published specifications. Only quality materials and workmanship are used in the manufacture of this product. With proper installation, regular maintenance and periodic repair service, your ArmLift Aerial Bucket Lift will provide exceptional service life.
This is a limited warranty. All parts and labor of the ArmLift are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This warranty is issued only to the original user and promises that TG INDUSTRIES, INC. manufactured products are free from defects in material and factory workmanship when properly installed, serviced and operated under normal conditions, according to the Manufacturer’s instructions.
The Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to correcting without charge at its factory, any part or parts thereof which shall be returned to its factory or one of its Authorized Service Stations, transportation charges prepaid, within twelve (12) months after being put into service by the original user, and which upon examination shall disclose to the Manufacturer’s satisfaction to have been originally defective. The correction of such defects by repair to, or the supplying of replacements for defective parts, shall constitute fulfillment of all obligations to the original user.
This warranty shall not apply to any of the Manufacturer’s products or incorporated manufacturer’s products which must be replaced due to normal wear, or which have been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, or which have been repaired or altered outside of the original Manufacturer’s factory unless authorized by the Manufacturer. Misuse shall include driving the vehicle while the ArmLift is raised from stowed position or operating without a man in the bucket. This warranty shall not apply to incorporated or accessory items which are not manufactured by TG INDUSTRIES, INC. Those manufacturer’s product warranties shall always take precedence and apply. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for loss, damage or expense, directly or indirectly, from the use of its product or from any cause. This includes injury to a person in the bucket incurred while the motor vehicle on which the ArmLift is mounted is moving.
The above warranty supersedes and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and of all other liabilities or obligations on the part of the Manufacturer. No person, agent or dealer is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of the Manufacturer, nor assume for the Manufacturer any other liability in connection with any of its products unless made in writing and signed by an officer of the Manufacturer.
